Choir and Band Heading to New York

During their visit, the students will have an opportunity to see two Broadway Shows, the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry, the NBC Studio Backstage Guided Tour, the Radio City Tour, the Carnegie Hall Tour, Empire State Building Observatory, and the New York Grand Opera Clinic.  The group will also be led on a guided City Tour of New York including Ground Zero, Central Park, Times Square, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo, and the Financial District.

While the students are in New York, they will have several opportunities to perform, including at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.  “This is a excellent, educational opportunity for our students to see New York City and the opportunity to perform at amazing venues,” stated Montini Catholic High School President, Jim Segredo.
